Concept & Layout Proposal: Presenting space planning and layout options, aligning on design aesthetics, and defining initial architectural outlines.
簽訂設計約: 正式簽約,根據草案進行細部修正與同步研討
Design Contract Signing: Executing the formal agreement, followed by detailed revisions and collaborative alignment based on initial drafts.
立面與機能: 進行立面圖面討論,確認細節設計、材料與機能需求
Elevations & Functionality: Conducting detailed reviews of interior elevations, material specifications, fine details, and functional requirements.
圖面與報價: 完成施工圖,確認材料並編列「完整工程報價單」
Documentation & Budgeting: Completing detailed construction drawings, verifying material specifications, and compiling a comprehensive project quotation.
簽訂工程約: 確認項目、日期與報價後簽約,正式進場施工
Construction Contract Signing: Confirming project scopes, timelines, and pricing before executing the formal agreement to officially commence on-site works.
完工驗收: 進行最終驗收與交屋作業,確認無誤後正式結案
Inspection & Handover: Conducting final walkthroughs and handover procedures, ensuring flawless execution for official project closure.
工程保固: 自交付日起提供 1 年保固服務(天災或人為破壞除外)
Project Warranty: Providing a 1-year warranty service from the date of handover, ensuring peace of mind (excluding damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or improper user alteration).
